Which is your talent? What is your skill that you are proud of?
One of my hobbies is cooking. I studied gastronomy anc culinary art in Rotterdam. I love to cook and
make people eat my foods. I’m also working in a resturant, I started to cook when I was 8 years old.
Basically people were saying about the Dutch cuisine , “We don’t know anything about the Dutch
cuisine, we thought there were not any traditional food.”
Why should everybody have to join the platform?
I wanted to show Dutch cuisine to people who don’t know. Dutch cuisine actually is really rich and
composed of many cultures. I started professionally cooking when I finish my vocational school
education on gastronomy. I was so happy to start to work in a resturant that people could taste my
food and special dishes. When I cook it is like a meditation for me. I’m not cooking at the same time
I’m creating an art with food.
